Let me confirm you bro, no CC is given channel addition information unless all testing are completed. And whenever such details are given to cc, they are given complete details i.e price, LCN. If cc is saying about channel addition, then he is right because Tata Sky is already adding channels since last few weeks.

But cc will not talk anything about GSAT-10 channel addition as of now. They are infact not authorized to talk about anything related to satellite. YOu are urself a TS customer dino29 bro. Try it out and get it confirmed.
