HELP EPG on DVR STB showing current and next program only

Hi all.

The program guide on my DVR STB is showing the current and next channel only on all the channels. Till yesterday it was showing the program guides for up to 24 hours (or may be even more as I hadn't taken notice). Not a total game breaker, but its very frustrating specially when I'm trying to schedule records. The nice lady at customer care has absolutely no idea what I'm talking about.

FYI, the regular STB in another room shows the full program guide. This issue is only occurring with DVR STB. Wondering if anyone else is having the same issue or know a fix?

I am also going through the same issue with my dvr , its a videocon d2h , if anyone knows a solution please let me know

It might be a problem from d2h. As some upgradation work going on in d2h end.

Thanks NinadG. My STB has been on for the last few months as I never switch it off, yet the problem doesn't seem to be solving itself.

Could this potentially be an issue with the STB Software. I just checked my download ID and its 44. Do you know what dates software version is?

I think recently they upgraded the software with latest one.

Thank you for the info. Did it happen automatically (OTA) for you or did an engineer pay you a visit?

I am not a d2h customer but as per our members software do updated. Let's some member come online and help you on this matter.

@mandil,if you are an old user who has 500gb DVR then the engineer would visit you for the updation.
Check here for further details and also do switch off the stb so that power cycle happens.
