Agree but they are very slow in monitoring such things . There is a word called " perfection " which is far from Videocon Dictionary.

Best Packages should be supported by Best Service. Then only a DTH can become Best.

D2h packages are attractive and cheaper in comparison with other DTH but as compare to quality of PQ and SQ with adtv they are slightly behind.
They should start giving 5.1 channel sound in HD channels.That would be a positive step from them.
