HELP Epic Channel not accessible since long time

Since many days a few channels are not visible on my stb. It is showing "This could be due to bad weather conditions at your end or at broadcast centre". That's strange as all other channels are showing properly. Another such channel is Nat Geo People.

Is it only two channel or some more. There would be possibility that you might not be getting channels of one particular transponder

call adtv cc team. it may also happen due to faulty lnb.
it was happened with me as well as i was not getting abp news channel no. 250. all other channels were working fine.
so adtv changed the lnb and it was solved eventually.

Thanks for replying. Yes, I called customer service and they asked to send engineer. I refused cause many a times they just visit and things don't go solve and I have to pay. So fearing that, I said no. So I think I need to call them now. Though I don't get what is inb, sorry, a bit new here.
