Eros might launch new hindi movie channel

Selling rights and running their own platform having a huge difference.

You can consider the Android thing, Google making profit by selling Franchisee of Android then manufacturing and selling from their own.

If launching channel is at all beneficiary then Balaji, T Series, YRF kinda group started their channels by now. Even Balaji and YRF was planning to purchase 9X and SONY resp. but they dropped the plan.

Selling rights is beneficiary then running it on their own platform. Companies like Fox STAR, Viacom 18 broadcast, UTV broadcast movies to their own channels only when they failed to sell rights otherwise their preference is too sell it first only.

it is not launched, just a planning stage. In UK and ME, EROS had stake in B4u earlier.
