Important facebook is now blocked in BSNL Broadband connection

I am getting Blocked message for Facebook.com in my BSNL Broaband connection. anyone have the same issue ?
Is FB Hacked ?

They must have received order to block a particular page which might be having objectionable content. But these old school jack must have put the entire domain into block list
