HELP Failed attempt of installing TS.

I tried to install TS HD connection, but TS denied the same by saying the signal will be weak so we can not install the same.(My building terrace has a roof. )Tried again thru nodal officer but they said it is not possible..In my building there are 5-6 TS connection; but they said as they are old customers so they had fixed there dish accordingly..
Any way out..

Which floor is ur home ? And are there any other dth in ur building

Never heard such a thing saying that signal will be weak on roof also

I even tried it thru nodal....Technician came to my home...Myself already using d2h as my subscription was upto last sunday i tried to install TS in place of d2h ..The technician checked the signal thru the instrument and said i wont get good quality signal so he cant able to install the same..

Can't u install outside ur balcony/window if not the terrace ? Also try ordering TS via website via COD. See what the technician says when he comes

If ur other neighbours living in same building have TS, just check their signal levels and see. Is there any obstructions like trees or any big building around ur home ?

There are 5-6 TS customers in my bldg. Previously roof wasn't there ...But they said as they are old customers they have relocated their dish..I live in A wing and all of those TS live in C wing..We have a common terrace..They said even if they install the dish in C wing then signal wont be clear as they need to use extra cable..So signal will drop..And as per their new policy they have set some high standards regarding signal quality...

Yes their new policy is there signals should be more than 50%
