But all those who shouts this are not so patriotic as per me. They shout this slogan just to catch the attention of people on platforms specially gals.

i am sure court wont go to that extend but it is my views and govt order that implies that it is not compulsory to stand, Read the last page under general section and the judge cited this as a reference.

Brother, you are misunderstanding what MHA says. It says

However, when in the course of a newsreel or documentary the Anthem is played as a part of the film, it is not expected of the audience to stand as standing is bound to interrupt the exhibition of the film and would create disorder and confusion rather than add to the dignity of the Anthem.

It means if we are watching a Manoj Kumar movie and in between National Anthem is there, we are not supposed to stand. But in Maharashtra Theaters, National Anthem is played separately.

It is played before the commercial and movie starts. So, one has to stand and respect it as mentioned in other orders issued my MHA.

Part means either at the beginning of the movie or in the middle. What if one enters the hall during the anthem is played?

Since to avoid this disrespect movie halls in TN and Pondicherry don't play anthem other than news reel and awareness short films.
