HELP Favorite Channels list shuffled automatically...!!!

Yesterday when I went home my Favorite Channel list was shuffled. That list contained 20 HD channel.

But now its only allowing 19 channel addition in 1 favorite list. Don't understand the reason.

Now the favorite channel list is starting from "2" instead of "1"...

Any idea...?????

Yes..The problem was with these two channels only..
I have kept Sony on "5" & M-Tunes on "15"..but when yesterday pressing those channel no. it was coming invalid channel no.

Any specific reason for doing this..??
Also if they have only shuffled the channel then why favorite list is allowing only 19 channels instead of 20..??

just remove and add back only simple prob only.

I did that 2-3 times...will try it again today..lets see

yes...me too faced that problem yesterday....Mine 4th and 18th channel removed which i had set for Sony HD and Mtunes HD....tried removing fav. and arranging same again...but started frm 2....then i first removed all 20 channles frm 1st user and saved it for none and then again started arranging and prob. gone....but d2h should now upgrade their software it contains many BUGS...

For me M Tunes had disappeared from my FAV list but i was able to add back but the channel is showing error ...is says insufficient balance or channel not subscribed rest all channels are coming.... today is the last day for next recharge just wondering what to do

I think whenever there is change on Transponder level, it gets replicate in similar fashion on our STB too.

I have recharged today and things looks fine now getting all services cheers happy independance day
