Clear indication that Insat 4A is having power issues. They r lowering FEC so that load is lessened as power consumption will decrease with less FEC.
Also this is the possible reason why theybr unable to add new HD chs, as chances of satellite crashing will increase

Nothing of that sort will happened they are just doing it as monsoon is getting over so they are once again changing the FEC to its original slot nothing for thr satellite crash and all

FYI, after MPEG4 migration they have enough bandwidth so there was no need to decrease FEC like they did when they were in space crunch to increase bandwidth.
I have analysed all facts and then written the statement.

Do u think that tata sky is so foolish that they will decrease FEC which ultimately leads to more signal loss in inclement weather for no reason at all.
