When TS provide such a great PQ on their channels then why they will improve PQ again ? so obviously the thing we wait for all the time is new addition

My question however on channel addition. If frequency was decreased to improve stability during rainy season, what will they do in next rainy season if channels are added. Channel addition is a permanent change which will not allow then to set the frequency to 2/3 again.
