Important Few mistakes or blunders i found in d2h Add-ons.

In last week i was supposed to activate Adventure Ultimate add on which costs 51 Rs/month. But when I check individual price (A-la-carte) of the three channels it came as 46 Rs. So i opted for A-la-carte & saved 5 RS. Earlier NGC Wild was there in this add-on so its price of 51 Rs. was justified but few months ago they moved NGC wild in base pack (super gold...earlier it was in platinum pack). They removed it from Add on but price is still 51 Rs.
Same thing in the case of Music Mantra add on which cost is 23Rs./month. As Mtv is in the super gold pack (Earlier in the diamond pack) you can get Vh1(6Rs) & 9XO (6Rs) = 12 Rs/month. And you can save 11 Rs.
Also in English Universe Add-on you can get 3 channels (Via A-la-carte) at 57 Rs. instead of 62 Rs. & can save 5Rs.
Best Bargain Add-on is English Entertainment Add in which you get 11 English Entertainment+Movies channels at 62 Rs. which is worth of 170 Rs. (via A-la-carte).
So choose your Add-on wisely save some bucks.

You mean to say that addon mentioned in website and overpriced as compared to a la carte.

So, I think you should highlight this to d2h and save many others.

I think there would be similar flaws in other addons too

Veer and geekvishal, here comes more things to be informed to d2h.

Thesr days d2h is listening to you guys quickly.

jokes apart, yes, he is telling the price is higher in add ons.

Major Blunder, anyways their top ups have many flaws. If u r on lower pack and want to view all english movie and entertainment channels then u don't have a combined top up or separate top up for these 2 genres like tata sky has. They have kept FX, Fox Crime and Movies Now in separate top up , also they have kept AXN and Zee Cafe in Infostyle Top Up and these chs are not part of english universe or english entertainment add on, don't know the weird logic behind this. Also they have singled out baby tv and kept it in different top up when it should be in kids top up. They have also not included BBC World in News top up and have kept it singled out.

They have worst top ups, infact Videocon d2h team needs to think a lot about simple things like top ups, software, customer care.Even their twitter support is laggy, they take ages to respond while Tata Sky twitter team works right from 9 AM to midnight everyday checking tweets each hour and responds via call, Videocon d2h twitter and facebook team many times don't respond for days together, even when they r available they don't check tweets or posts on facebook on hourly basis, they just check it 2 or 3 times a day. On holidays their team goes on a holiday while Tata Sky twitter team works.

Videocon d2h is taking their success for granted which will make them suffer sooner than later

Videocon d2h should care about these things as well. They think that most of the people go for packages and avoid add ons or alacarte, that's why they are careless about it . [HASHTAG]#Videocond2h[/HASHTAG] should rectify them as soon as possible.

If GOLD SPORTS PACK users want English channel then they have to go for Diamond pack..
Just see :.
Gold Sports 310+ Eng.Ent.Add-on 62= 372 and at 372 u will miss many channels
better to go Diamond at 370
