Flipkart appoints Nitin Seth as Chief People Officer

The e-commerce major, Flipkart, on Wednesday announced the appointment of Nitin Seth as the Chief People Officer of Flipkart. In his new role, Nitin will lead the human resource function and partner with the leadership team to build an organization for the future that is versatile and adaptable and bring about a distinctive culture that will fuel business performance.

Nitin will report to Binny Bansal, CEO & Co-founder of Flipkart.

Nitin brings with him more than two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, strategy, consulting, operations management and business process redesign. Prior to Flipkart, Nitin was the Managing Director and Country Head for Fidelity International in India.
