Please accept our apologies with regard to the cancellation of your Moto E order. This has been an unfortunate fall-out of the fact that we truly did not anticipate such a tremendous response to the Big Billion Sale, such that it caused a severe strain on our capacity to serve you.

However, keeping in mind that we feel responsible for the discomfort caused, we are making the phone available to you at Rs.5499. You would already have received a credit of Rs.500, and apart from that, we will be adding an additional credit of Rs.1000 to your wallet by the end of the day (7th October). You can use the combined credit of Rs.1500 towards the purchase of the Moto E and therefore get the phone at a price of Rs.3999. Alternatively, you can also use this amount to buy any other product listed by WS Retail.

The phone will be available for purchase from 8th October until 31st October, 2014. You will need to login with the same id that was used to place the initial order on 6th October as this offer has been configured to that particular email address. You will only see the offer price on the checkout page.
