Bengaluru-based Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) has withdrawn its application for pan-India digital addressable system (DAS) licence. The company will restrict its focus on expanding its cable TV business in South India. If there are plans to go north, ACT will take the acquisition route. ACT’s broadband business, however, will continue to expand to new geographies.
