For that they needs a contract. I guess both Times & Sony holding themselves for signing a new contract with operators.

Not like that bro.ADTV having habit that they dont add any new channel on their package for some time.After that only they will include in packages.Means ADTV is looting customers money.

No paper work nothing bro.They purposefully dont add new channels if they belongs to particular package.you need to keep on asking to CC then only they will add.If not they will do it as separate channel and later will give it in the package.contract should be before channel addition only..but airtel is looting customer price.

The three channels are included in the movie HD top up pack that costs rs.120
