y ?I don't think we will get snaps ever of this channel
adtv customer care told me that this is a special channel n is priced @ 30 rs n has not been added to any customer.I think adtv never give us chance to do so.

i was getting this channel from the next day onward after it added to adtv platform but now i m not getting.
when i escalated the issue to the senior department, i just got a call back from the senior customer care n he confirmed me that he has no information regarding the addition date of this channel to its subscribers.
but for some selective customers, if they call n request it may b added.
i was told it may b added within the next 24-48 hours to my customer id.
service request no. is - 48013155
i can prove u that it was added on my account n they have refunded my money too.
but i do not know y they have refunded the money as money was not deducted.
n as per the cc i got this channel only for 1 day. so he refunded the money.

i do not know bro, i have attached the file also as a proof that i was not telling a lie.Means you bought ala carte and its not added in your base pack
u can check from that they have refunded my money too. but i never ask them for this channel to b added as a la carte.
n also in my account i paid 7 times but is showing atm payments only 6 times. do not know y.
n senior cc promised me that it ll b added to both my connections within the next 24-48 hrs as a special customer category.

Jhooth pakada gaya toh bahaane. U could have easily said that it has not been added in packages. What is the point of adding it as a-la-carte and then telling us that u don't know how it got added
