This might be one of the reason TS not adding their own channel to save some space..I think NG people HD must be having same content (NinadG must be knowing about it)..thats why it is down scaled in dish..Smart move venktaesh..He must have saved some bucks...

Because STAR not yet provided the SD decoder, as now I don't know the status as its not available in my base pack.
