I think fox has different movie library what star has in India.Eg:See the SS of this channel,They are having hunger games movie and in India HBO having the rights not star India network.

The movies rights are sold on region wise and i doubt whether fox premium asia would be available unless separate indian feed is launched. HBO India would object if fox premiers movies in india if the former has rights.
