rom January 1, all police stations in the state will register first information report (FIR) online and complainant will receive a SMS and a copy of complaint on the Whatsapp, announced Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on the last day of the winter session.

The government has planned to make every smart city should be safe. All cities will be covered with CCTV surveillance in phase manner. "Every police station will be online, paperless and every police station should register FIR electronically, as per the guidelines of the central government. Not a single state has done it.

It's good that this thing has finally become online. However I wish no one ever need to file an FIR in life and stay away from police.
