One doubt-if FULL MNP comes into force , it should also mean there should be no roaming charges -theoretically.

From day one its available all over Pakistan

But phase wise is understandable as india is a big country and have lot of states

Roaming would be there bro. if i am a Mumbai user and go to Delhi, i will be charged as per roaming charges, but if i opt for Full MNP in Delhi, i will become local user of Delhi and Mumbai will become roaming for me.

Does Pakistan have different telecom circles or while of Pakistan is considered as a single circle? Like in India where Maharashtra circle is different from Karnataka ciecle.We have around 22 or so telecom circles which operate independent of each other.

There may be different circles on administrative side but for customers no restriction about any matter

But roaming has been made free for the entire country naa
