Roaming would be there bro. if i am a Mumbai user and go to Delhi, i will be charged as per roaming charges, but if i opt for Full MNP in Delhi, i will become local user of Delhi and Mumbai will become roaming for me.

Ok so what if a Mumbai Idea User wants to use Idea only in Delhi he has to pay roaming ?
