it will be but after some time.

like mobiles. before 2000 only few people were used to have. when my father purchased the mobile at that time 22 rs for outgoing call was charged n even on incoming calls too. but now it is less than a re. n incomings are free.

so new technologies are first for classes n then after some time they are for masses.
