GEC channels showing error

I am not getting any Hindi GEC channels. Getting error as not unsubscribed channels or insufficient balance. I am on new south gold valid till 05/08/2015. Anyone else facing this problem or only me?? Suvarna news 24*7 in place of Sony pal.

It was like that for more than 2 hours for me starting at 6 and till 9:30. Most of the channels were messed up. Its fine now. Refreshed several times. Still it was same. Cc had no clue about it . Anyone else faced this??

How came all of a sudden everything got screwed. Let's see if someone else is facing such issues.

The problem was there till 9:30. Now everything is fine again.
