But for me it was displaying message as cannot failed to connect to the server please ask the administrator of the forum

Even i was surfing through tapatalk and within 30 second i got the same error, i opened forum in lappy and disabled few addons and forum was back. All this took hardly 2-3 minutes.

Yup, because one logged in you remain available in "Online List" for next 15 minutes.
