It's a story I have read about why Garlic and Onion is considered 'Tamsik'. Physical education is not everything. Spiritual education begins where physical education ends. Our scientists in moder period were able to discover 9 planets. While 9 planets are mentioned in Vedas since Vedic period.

Garlic is a vegetable (Allium sativum) that belongs to the Allium class of bulb-shaped plants, which also includes onions, chives, leeks, and scallions. Garlic is used for flavoring in cooking and is unique because of its high sulfur content.

Its a different-different perception bro. Now a days 3 types of Vegetarians exist.

• Ovo vegetarianism includes eggs but not dairy products.
• Lacto vegetarianism includes dairy products but not eggs.
• Ovo-lacto vegetarianism (or lacto-ovo vegetarianism) includes animal/dairy products such as eggs, milk, and honey.
