Yes and this is included in working timing too making 9 hr job to 10 hr

You mean they give multiple breaks which ,if needed,you can make 1 hr. at a stretch?

one hour break can't be taken in a stretch, divide them like 3o mins for lunch and rest is divided in a whole day and
