So turnoff all the incoming calls vibration also turn off notification vibration and haptic feed back

Arrey Bhai its vibrating during typing. Right now charging

Maybe when you keep it on silent mode , it won't allow you to change the vibration settings off.Change to general mode and then check.

At General one option is there "Vibrate On Touch" I uncheck that also and enable General but still vibrating while typing text.

Are you getting these settings

Settings > sound > auto haptic

check settings 》sound. Here. You should find auto haptic , keypad tones and such options.Uncheck the ones you don't need.
By the way , which phone are using?

Its Videcon VA 81 Tab. It don't having any Auto Haptic option.

In that case you have to contact videocon. They have given you something amazing which is beyond anyone.
