Technoglitch bro - here is the complete story about that incident
This incident has happened in village in Belgaum. Two guys were beaten naked for having signed as Witness for their Friends love marriage. 4 -5 members who are accused have been arrested. The accused is close aide of local MLA.
Out of 2, only one has come out and has given a complaint and has asked for protection from police

i guess he must have, those fishermen were falsely accused inspite of gps records shown that they were in within international water.
