Today i dumped my 9-9.5 years old friend AIRTEL...
Also ported from LOOP to IDEA..(Using Idea for first time)
Thnx Anirudha & timkamat bro for ur views on IDEA...

From my 9.5 years exp. of airtel i would say they are like Tata Sky of Telecom services...There attitude is like
If you wanna join us, do join but dont complain..
If you wanna fade away from us just F*** O**..We dont care.. who are you??

I still remember the statement from Bharti Mittal at time of MNP launched in india..He said airtel is a growing co...We are not worrying about this new term MNP..I know our customers will stick with us..And yes he was right..after the first survey/result (after 6 months) Airtel was the highest gainer among all players followed by Vodafone..Subsequently they lost few customers...Reliance was the biggest looser amongst all..Surprisingly Loop looses least customers...

In last 1 month i got phone calls/messages from voda/idea/MTNL/docomo to port in to their network...But airtel didnt even took that much efforts...

As i already have Voda & MTNL this time i am taking chance with idea...Lets see how it works...Otherwise after 6 months I have to port out again..

!dea was number 1, Vodafone 2nd and Airtel was 3rd. I still remember Times of India's Survey and tat was the biggest hit of Abhishek Bachchan's career because of he's ads peoples was more inclined to !dea despite of charging for porting also.
