Bro. I don't know about Nepal and Darjeeling but Nepal is famous for Pashupatinath Mandir - Holy Abodes of Lord Shiva and Darjeeling is famous of Tea Garden.

Kolkata is a famous of Howrash Bridge, Eden Garden, Victoria Memorial, Dakshineshwar Kali Temple, Indian Museum, Alipore Zoological Garden, Ravindra Sadan, Birla Planetarium and lots of things to see.

It depends on you Bro. if you book Travel Agency then they will completes your journey in 1 day
Otherwise Kolkata is not small city still you can manage to see this sights in maximum of 10 days if you deeply wants to roam
