What is half murder, u mean to say he involved in the murder but not killed by his own hand.

Its like attempt to murder. Everywhere terminology is different in local language but it means attempt to murder only.

Yes I had visited my friend he was kept in jail for hitting another vehicle but was later released with some fine imposed on him

What process they follow here to allow someone meet in jail in Mumbai?

I think he was caught in lock up not in jail.

Case is over bro, he got bailed after one day of the accident and he was punished by the judge for 3 month for bad driving.

He wasn't punished. I met him during trail. Later they developed good friendship with one big murderer and he arranged a lawyer who settled the matter and charges were dropped.

But he was charged with 307, arms act and other 4-5 sections.

He was unemployed till last few years and did random private job. But now he is a much influential person in govt job in your state only

And it was one of his bad phase which happened durina college days. Both side party were drunk. Actually my friends were attacked by their seniors but they were not expecting this and got bashed back my friends. Infact the "Katta" belonged to seniors only which was snatched by my friends and broken.
