Anirudha Bro. You can turn off haptic feedback from Clean Master. I don't suggest to keep clean master on phone. But you can turn it of from floating widget of clean master app and even check if there is it haptic or not.
Download clear master, enable floating widget and then click on the floating widget icon and a small window would appear where you see many options like vibrations, flash light etc. You will also find a haptic option on that window.
