I am planning to sell it physically into Mumbai's famous Irla market and buy Nexus 5 from same shop.

Yeah right. That's why i am in two mind to sell it and not to say its the costliest phone i have bought till now in 40K. So, feeling very sad to sell it even for Rs 15K within one and half year.
