How you guys carries Dal, Rice in tiffin ?

In two separate boxes. I can see some of my colleagues tiffin boxes. They are so big as if they came office only for lunch and not work

But we Goans always have rice because its our staple diet.We have rotis,Chappatis and Bhakris only on special occasions.
