I m a new member of DTHForum. In my VIDEOCONd2h, software update intimation is seen at every 30 minutes interwal. Due to the intimation, viewing programme is obstructed for three minutes /each time. Even it is reported at Customer care . nobody has come to rectify the mistake / to guide how to block the frequent intimation.

You need to get your STB software done manually by d2h engineer.
