My photon not working here checked in the service center its working fine but not here talked with service center guy he said will talk to Network engineer now at night check still not working just decide to format but that too not detecting will contact tomorrow again what he wants to say

Uninstall the photon software. Restart your PC and reinstall software again.

Sometime bootable DVD don't get detected. Try creating bootable USB.

I know command and unfortunately it's never work until now from me and to download software I need internet in computer.

Means everything working fine but not Authenticating.

Then try using it on photon wiz.
