I had purchased a Lays pack on which Rs 15 mobile recharge was assured by PepsiCO thru PayTM. But PayTM provided only Rs 10 recharge. I informed PayTM but they refused to recharge for remaining Rs 5 & instead asked me to check with mobile operator for extra benefit.
Mobile operator said they have done recharge of Rs 10 as per instruction.
After persuing continuously, PayTM said that there was some system problem due to which all this happened but again refused to recharge for Rs 5.
Finally I complained to PesiCO CC about this. I informed PepsiCO that this is serious because PayTM might have fleeced many others for which PepsiCO might not aware of.
Later in the night, I received SMS from PayTM that Rs 15 is credited on my PayTM wallet which I can use for recharge/pay bills/shopping.
So again I can recharge for Rs 15......Thanks to PepsiCO.....
