I could say yes...I am working in a staffing firm...and working as a business development manager...my job to get the new clients with their new open positions...and needs to be serviced with the help of the recruiters...we work for IT positions PAN India...

In my office for night shifts guys Saturday/ Sunday is off...for day shift guys 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturday is off...its only our team which comprises of 4 people are working because of the sadist director...he comes to office on Sunday's too...

I really wonder whether these directors and bosses have a social or family life , or they only think of office and nothing else except office.

Yes but they have sacrificed all that to reach the top position and its everyone's dream to reach to the top
