Consultancy work style:

1. Need to have clients
2. Clients will share their open positions
3. Positions has to be filled by the recruiters of the consultancies
4. Based on the position filled the client will pay the money to the consultancy people.

For BD guy target is to bring in good clients....for recruiters month on month they are set targets to close the positions....if not achieved they will be fireeeeddddddddddddddddddddddd.......

You are right...with respect to campus very rarely consultancies does that activity as campus drives are mostly conducted the corporate itself...

if anyone can help with where can i get a temperory contract with DTHs for teleshopping as they provide short term trail airtime.
just planning to start a new venture of booming teleshopping but only for jewelery and maybe utility products.
