I guess i have to bring my laptop once to my office and give it to my system admin once....

I think that would be better idea if things are not getting resolved at your end.

My system admin frequently asks me to get my laptop...but due to laziness i never bring it...he is currently in night shift...once he is back in day shift during republic day week...i will ask him service my laptop....

My Problem solved....WiFi driver missing....reinstalled it thru acer website....then I connected it with my WiFi.... now able to access internet thru WiFi....
