I agree. They are good service provider if just using the phone only talking purpose...their VAS are poor and their customer service is pathetic when you are facing a problem....

i feel airtel and vodafone are same in terms of customer service and cost. If you tweet Airtel presence, then within an hour you would get call.

Once got my number got activated I have to get ready for third class service some times I feel they hire 12 th pass candidates for their service center

Sometimes I get a feeling that we are more informed than those CC agents from phone/DTH companies......
