I take it only on Friday's...very rarely i take on working days....

Hmmm...Even i have been working on all saturday's for the last 2 yrs....but to me it has become a habit of taking it on Friday as in my previous comapnies Saturday's were off....I really wish you that your next job should have holidays on Saturday....
