"Torrents" as a whole are not illegal.
But yea most of the people use it for illegal file sharing Anyways...any android dev over here?? Need some help!!

Actually i need a small solution.
On receive of any call, app should disconnect the call and then pass the number from which the call came to a web url.
There are paid solution that are available as service like dial2verify.com but these are based on paid monthly solution. What i am looking for is an android app for which i can pay as well.

Oh. That's a tricky one. You mean you are trying to find the caller details by disconnecting the calls ?.

No actually what i am trying to do is create an action whenever someone calls a number. I want to use it for my business. It will be like an intimation for my system to take necessary actions on call receive

Similar to Just Dial or what avaya do in call centers ?
You must have come across many promotions where in you just need to give a missed call on specific number to receive a call back or get a sms with link or even vote for someone. They all get the number to a database then excute a command to do the specific job on that number.
