Completely agree with you...but i guess people are still finding it difficult to withdraw money in tier 2 and tier 3 cities ....

Yeah. Only reason would be bank officials taking too much time and lack of private banks. Here also govt banks are slow and there only Queues are more.

I could see queues only in govt. banks and not in pvt banks...
