It didn't take me more then 5 minutes to deposit money but long queue took me more then half hours, there are certain peoples as well who visit bank after bank daily for deposit, withdrawal which is actually causing other people's a lot.

Govt. is also not serious about ATMs some banks are purposely shut down. People also keeps on living their luxurious life and dieing to get every penny of new currency.
