Lok Sabha election counting live: BJP-led NDA vs Congress-led UPA

Election Commission officials will start the counting process across India at 989 centres at 8 AM with postal ballots being taken first and at around 8:30 AM EVMs would be opened and trends and results will start pouring in thick and fast. The 'ballot unit' will be switched on in the presence of senior poll officials and counting agents of candidates and the result command keyed in to get results per machine.

Live: Counting of votes on for 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana

Counting of votes is underway across 90 centres in Haryana set up across 32 locations in the state. Elections to the 10 Parliamentary seats in Haryana were held on April 10. The fate of 230 candidates has been sealed in the EVMs by nearly 72 per cent of the 1.6 crore electorate who had cast their votes.
