I don't know how you guys handle this crap customer care of Tata Sky. They seems to be the useless person on this Galaxy.
Looks like its would be quite tough for me to go ahead with Tata Sky. They are so unprofessional and irresponsible. Even the local cable wala doesn't behave like this.
Whenever i call their CC, they waste almost Rs 10 by playing their IVR, then some idiot appear talking in Hindi inspite of selecting language as " English " and he says that he haven't received my SMS and then when i ask him to register request for Wi-Fi dongle, he disconnects the call.
What a Shameless company is Tata Sky.

Local LCO used to come back to me anytime i want and i never had to waste money on their call centre. Also, for me Tata Sky CC is complete useless. Tried on tollfree and call got disconnected.

Off topic. Who is ur cable mso? In my local area l have indigital. LCO was totally unsupportive. Charge high for HD STB. Even don't have recoding feature. Though I m try my LCO next year as DAS is come recently in my area.

I am not using cable at present bro. I used to have Hathway but switched to Videocon d2h due to HD viewing. I am talking about Cable operator because whenever i call on Tata Sky CC, it make me feel so irritated and angry. These idiots spoil my mood everytime.
I have not even completed 1 month with Tata Sky and feel like throwing away their DVR. Its better not to watch TV than to tackle such a nerd DTH operator.
