Getting DD Sound On TS & Not On Airtel

Hi Friends

I have Samsung Full HD Led F5500. From manual shows that it has the capability of Dolby Digital Sound option.

Recently my Airtel HD box got updated will new changes of Dolby Digital Sound through Hdmi. When i activated "Dolby Digtal Sound" option from my Airtel box then no audio came on all HD channels.

On same settings my Tatasky HD + box is giving Dolby Digital sound through Hdmi.

Now i am fully puzzled that which gadget have problem, Samsung or Airtel?

Please guide me

No sound when i active DD sound option from on any HD channel

my friend is getting DD sound on his Airtel HD box after last up gradation of software

I'm also getting dd sound through HDMI on my Airtel HD stab.

Check the software release number.I think adtv giving dd sound through HDMI in old software release number too.

Release no 502 enables the DD audio through HDMI and mine was updated bhaskarkilli bro!

Mazi bro, recently your adtv stb hdmi port had broke down so it might have caused the error on not getting the audio signal.

Before the occurrence of this HDMI problem DD sound was not coming,

Infact to get DD sound i had remove the HDMI cable from Box, in that procedure my port got damage.

Now Hdmi port is working fine again.
