There is not much income for telecom operator by miss call or incoming call number because justdial paid 200 rs bill per month only but operator getting benefit our calls only.

Toll free is chargeable on fixed rate deal but I saw bill of just dial as it bill plan of 199 don't know if they are paying in other format

Yes 199 bill plus service tax means 225 rs per month bill only and that they paid 3000 in advance
